The feeling of knowing when enough is enough. It’s a hard feeling to wrap your head around. We all have moments in our life that become breaking points or break throughs. It’s how we perceive these two things and how to deal with these two things in a positive way that help us to better understand others as well as ourselves.
Thinking about the difference between a breaking point & a break through: what path you choose in those moments. Do you choose to feel weak to the unavoidable downfalls of life or are you willing to continuously lead a positive life with the conscious mind of unavoidable obstacles? There are many different things to ask yourself when facing these turn over moments in life. Our breaking point is received in a negative way, as if we are broken and can no longer handle the issue(s) that we are facing. Take these breaking points and turn them into a break through moment. A moment that our brains perceive as enlightening and blissful. The feeling of breaking through a barrier we feel that we have faced or are currently facing in all areas of our lives; including professionally, academically and personally.
We explain our bad moments through anger and pain, but in every bad moment we must make the effort to create two good moments in our life. Realizing the worth within yourself & the power you have to make yourself happy is one secret I use in creating a more positive life full of powerful break through moments. Learn through each day that passes the most influential way to turn your breaking points into a break through and you will create a happier life for yourself and those who you surround yourself with.
Remember to Love yourself & Remember to Love those around you.

GETTING BACK INTO THINGS: Often when things get busy we lose focus on the things that keep us happy. We constantly get caught up in the reality of things that we forget our reality is allowed to be enjoyable. We forget the most important things to us while continuing in our norms of everyday life. Make the things that you love apart of your everyday life by allowing the good to overtake your mind.
Make the everyday life you live the enjoyable life. Start by doing at least one thing everyday that makes you happy and make this one thing apart of your routine. Create your new happiness everyday by being excited about the little things and pushing through the hardships. Through each day remember that each moment counts in this beautiful life you are living.
Be happy & Be Kind.
STANDING UP: Stand up for what you believe. But do it in a way so that people can respect you understand you and be with you. You must remember that what you are feeling maybe a reaction to somebody else, but without properly explaining yourself you may put yourself further into an unwanted predicament.
Speaking your heart is beautiful, but when you feel the negativity in your heart try to take some time to shed some positive so that the problem does not spew from your mouth with hate and anger. Be conscious of your words.
We are all on the path of learning, no matter what age or experience, the path of learning never ends.
EASING THE MIND: Reminiscing can cause a number of different energies and feelings to flow through your mind body and soul. It may make us sad thinking about the memories with those who we may have loss or we do not speak to anymore. We may have feelings of joy thinking about an amazing time period in our life that brings us happiness as well as good memories, but with all of these feelings we feel its important to shed light on how important it is to feel those feelings and understand how they have all brought you to this point today.
We often forget that our brains are working so fast that sometimes we need to take a step back and let our bodies and sounds do the thinking. With our neurotransmitters running wild as we constantly are thinking back to a period of time, we are preventing the passage of new thoughts and new memories at our present time.
For example, a common time when a lot of us feel the pressures and memories that may keep our brains working and moving is before we fall asleep at night. It is proven that the reasons people are staying up is because they are dwelling about the past or worrying about the future. We neglect how important it is to be present and think of the moments we have now, for those will be our memories soon enough.
